These terms apply when you visit https://alloneexteriors.com, submit a form, upload a photo to the AI Damage Check, request an Instant Quote, or use any other tool offered through this website. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site.

2. About Us

All One Exterior and Construction (d/b/a All One Exteriors) is a licensed and insured roofing and exterior construction company based at 257 Indiana Ave, Suite C, Valparaiso, IN 46383. We serve homeowners and commercial property owners in Indiana and Illinois.

3. Services

We provide roof replacement, storm and hail damage repair, roof repair, commercial roofing, siding, gutters, windows, doors, solar roofing, and insulation services. The website itself is informational — the actual services are delivered under a signed written contract that spells out scope, materials, price, payment schedule, warranty, and change orders.

4. AI Damage Check — Important Disclaimer

The AI Damage Check uses a large language model with vision capability to describe what appears in a single photo. It is an educational tool, not a professional inspection. Photo quality, lighting, angle, and resolution significantly affect what the model can see.

• The AI cannot see the full roof, the decking, the attic, or any concealed damage
• The AI is not a substitute for a licensed roofing professional or your insurance carrier's inspector
• Every AI result ends with a recommendation to book a free in-person inspection — because that is the only way to know what is actually going on with your roof
• All One Exteriors is not liable for decisions made solely on the AI output — we will not refuse a free inspection because the AI returned a low-confidence result

5. Instant Quote — Important Disclaimer

The Instant Quote tool uses satellite imagery and typical material pricing to produce an estimate. It is a starting point, not a binding quote. The final contract price is set after we inspect the roof in person and confirm scope, decking condition, ventilation, and any code-required upgrades. Pricing may also change if insurance involvement affects the scope.

6. Insurance Claims Assistance

We help homeowners document damage, prepare claim packets, and meet adjusters on the roof. We are not public adjusters and we do not provide legal advice. The outcome of any insurance claim is decided by your insurance carrier under your policy. If a claim is denied, underpaid, or delayed, we will advocate for a fair scope — but we cannot guarantee a specific result.

7. User Responsibilities

When you submit information through the site, you agree that:

• The information you provide is accurate and belongs to you or to the property you are authorized to request work on
• You have the right to share any photos you upload
• You will not misuse the site, including by submitting false contact information, scraping content, or attempting to interfere with our tools

8. Workmanship Warranty

All work we install is backed by a written lifetime workmanship warranty that includes free annual inspections so we catch any issue before it becomes a claim. Manufacturer warranties on materials run separately and may have different terms (up to 50 years for certain shingle and metal systems). Exact terms for each project — including what the lifetime workmanship coverage does and does not include, and how the annual inspection is scheduled — are spelled out in the signed contract and warranty certificate delivered at project close-out.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — text, images, code, design — is owned by All One Exterior and Construction or our licensors and is protected under United States copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use, but may not republish content without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, All One Exterior and Construction is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the website or online tools. Our total liability for any claim related to the website or online tools is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for the use of those tools (which is zero for the free tools). None of this limits our obligations under a signed service contract for work actually performed on your property.

11. Third-Party Tools & Links

Some features use third-party tools (satellite imagery for the Instant Quote, AI vision for the Damage Check, mapping for the Storm Map). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or terms of service of those third-party tools. Outbound links on the site go to sources we believe are credible but do not imply endorsement.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of the website or online tools will be brought in the state or federal courts sitting in Porter County, Indiana, and you consent to jurisdiction there. This section does not waive any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws of your home state.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when our services or tools change. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
