Hail damage is rarely visible from the ground. Signs include circular dents on shingles, granule loss exposing the black mat, bruised shingle surfaces that feel soft, damaged metal vents or gutters, and chipped paint on wood trim. Hail 0.75 inch or larger paired with strong winds can damage a roof — we check for you free.
We walk you through the claim process from the first call to final invoice. We do not handle the claim for you the way a public adjuster would, and we cannot legally negotiate the scope on your behalf — but we do document damage with dated photos, supplement any missed line items, and meet your adjuster on the roof so the claim reflects the full scope of work. You pay your deductible; we handle the paperwork on our side.
We handle supplements and re-inspections when scope is missed. If your carrier denies damage we have documented, we send our photos and measurements to the adjuster and request a re-inspection. In the vast majority of denied claims, re-inspection gets the damage approved once the carrier sees the full documentation.
