1. Who We Are

All One Exterior and Construction (d/b/a All One Exteriors) is a licensed and insured roofing and exterior construction company based at 257 Indiana Ave, Suite C, Valparaiso, IN 46383. References to "we," "us," and "our" in this policy mean All One Exterior and Construction.

2. Information We Collect

We collect three categories of information:

• Information you give us directly:Name, phone number, email address, property address, details about your project, and any photos you upload to our AI Damage Check or share via email.
• Information from our tools:When you request an Instant Quote, our partner Roofle measures your roof from satellite imagery and returns a pricing estimate. When you use the AI Damage Check, our AI vision provider processes your photo to generate the written analysis.
• Automatic information:Your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring URL. We use this to keep the site secure, improve performance, and understand which content is useful.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to inquiries, schedule free inspections, and provide quotes
• To coordinate insurance claims with your carrier and adjuster when you request that help
• To deliver the AI Damage Check and Instant Quote results you request
• To send follow-up communications about work we discussed (you can opt out any time)
• To comply with law, warranty obligations, and contract records

4. Service Providers We Share Data With

We share the minimum data necessary with the providers we use to operate the business. None of them may use your information for their own marketing, and none are authorized to use your data to train AI models on our behalf.

• CRM & lead pipeline:Apex (operated by iSimplifyMe) stores your lead record and routes it to our team. Hosted on Amazon Web Services.
• AI vision:Amazon Web Services Bedrock (Claude Haiku model) processes photos you upload to the AI Damage Check. Zero-retention — the photo is not stored or used for training.
• Instant quote:Roofle generates satellite-derived roof measurements and pricing estimates when you use the Instant Quote tool.
• Email:Amazon SES delivers notification emails to our team and, if you request it, to you.
• Analytics:Google Analytics (when enabled) reports anonymized usage patterns. We do not link analytics data to your personal information.

5. How Long We Keep Data

We keep lead and project records for as long as there is an active business relationship, plus the period required by Indiana and Illinois contractor recordkeeping rules and our warranty commitments. Because our workmanship warranty runs for the lifetime of the roof, we retain installation records, photos, and warranty certificates for the life of the warranty so we can honor it. You can ask us to delete data that is not subject to a legal retention requirement or an active warranty obligation.

6. Your Rights

Regardless of where you live, you can ask us to:

• Show you the personal information we have about you
• Correct information that is wrong or out of date
• Delete your information (subject to legal retention rules)
• Stop sending you marketing emails or SMS messages

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep the site working and, when enabled, analytics cookies to understand which pages are useful. We do not run third-party advertising trackers without your consent. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies — doing so will not break the site but may reset some preferences.

8. Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, email info@alloneexteriors.com and we will delete it.

9. Text & Call Communications

If you give us your phone number we may text or call you about your project. You can reply STOP to opt out of SMS at any time, or ask us on a call to remove you from our contact list. Standard message and data rates apply.

10. Changes to This Policy

We update this policy when our tools or practices change. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Significant changes will be called out on the homepage or emailed to active customers.
