How We Use AI

• AI Concierge:The chat bar on every page streams answers from Amazon Bedrock (Claude Sonnet 4.6), trained on our own knowledge base — services, warranties, hours, FAQ content, insurance process. For emergencies it directs you to call our office line, not to chat.
• Content drafting:Service-page copy and FAQ answers are AI-assisted. Every published word is reviewed by a human on our team before it goes live. AI never publishes directly.

What AI Does Not Do

AI never makes a decision that affects your property, your insurance claim, or your money. Every physical inspection, damage report, scope, adjuster meet-up, claim supplement, and repair is handled by a qualified human. AI is a first-pass tool and a drafting assistant — not an inspector, not an adjuster, not a decision-maker.

Data Governance

All One Exteriors maintains a strict zero-retention policy for AI interactions. Chat messages to the AI Concierge are processed only for the response and are not retained beyond the session.

All third-party AI integrations operate under data processing agreements that prohibit model training on our data. Our bot handshake protocol lets automated crawlers and AI agents identify our content governance policies when they visit the site.
