The Event

What is the 2026 Fall Parade of Homes?

It's a ten-day showcase of seven custom-built homes at the Stonebridge subdivision in Valparaiso, Indiana, running September 18–27, 2026. Homes are open daily from 10 AM to 6 PM. Both the opening and closing weekends add a beer garden, food trucks, and live entertainment from 4 to 6 PM. It is hosted by the Home Builders Association of Northwest Indiana, and for the first time in more than fifteen years every participating builder has built in a single location — so the whole Parade is walkable from one parking spot.

Why We're There

A Gold Sponsor — and a Valparaiso company.

All One Exteriors is a proud Gold Sponsor of the 2026 Fall Parade of Homes. Our office is on Indiana Avenue, the same town Stonebridge is in — this one is happening in our hometown, and our team is on site all ten days.

Come ask us about

What that roofline actually costs

You will see a lot of standing seam, architectural shingle, and mixed-material rooflines over these ten days. Tell us which one caught your eye and we will tell you what it runs on a real house — no estimate appointment required.

Whether your siding has another decade in it

Most Porter County homes hit the twenty-to-twenty-five year mark on siding and nobody notices until a storm forces it. Describe what you have and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth replacing yet.

How the material in that home holds up here

James Hardie, LP SmartSide, engineered stone, metal accents — the Parade homes show them off in perfect condition. We install them in Northwest Indiana weather and we will tell you how each one ages through our winters.

What storm damage really looks like

Northwest Indiana sees four to six severe hail events a summer. We will show you what adjusters actually look for, so you can check your own roof before the next claim season.

Parade offer

$1,000 off a full roof or siding replacement.

Show us your 2026 Parade of Homes ticket and take $1,000 off a full roof or siding replacement. Same crews, same lifetime workmanship warranty, same free annual inspections.

Book a free inspection

Retail projects only — this cannot be applied to an insurance-funded claim. Proof of Parade entry required. One discount per property, on contracts signed by October 31, 2026.

The Lineup

Seven builders, seven visions.

Every featured builder is an HBANWI member, and each brings a different style and approach to Stonebridge.

Where the Money Goes

Proceeds build houses for families who need them.

Proceeds from the 2026 Fall Parade of Homes go to Habitat for Humanity of Northwest Indiana in Lake County and Habitat for Humanity of Porter County, split equally between the two. It is a good reason to buy the ticket even if you are not in the market for anything.
